Discovery & scope 3 – 7 days
A working session to pull apart the problem, the users, and the constraints. You leave with a written scope document: what we are building, what we are explicitly not building, the architecture, the timeline, and a fixed price. This document is the contract — nothing gets built from a verbal brief.

Design & architecture 1 – 2 weeks
Interface design and technical architecture happen together. You review clickable prototypes before a line of production code is written, because changing a screen in Figma costs minutes and changing it in production costs days.

Build in two-week sprints Ongoing
Every two weeks you get a working, deployed build you can click through — not a status report. You have a shared channel with the engineers doing the work, and a live board showing exactly what is in progress.

Testing & launch 1 – 2 weeks
Automated tests, a staging environment that mirrors production, load testing where it matters, and a security pass. We handle the deployment, the DNS, the certificates, and the store submissions.

Handover & support 30 – 90 days
Source code in your repository, infrastructure in your cloud account, and written documentation your next developer can actually follow. Post-launch support is included, and a retainer is available — never required.

Questions
Answered before you have to ask.
How do fixed prices actually stay fixed?
Because we do not quote before discovery. The scope document produced in step one lists every screen, endpoint, and integration in the engagement — and, just as importantly, what is out of scope. That document is what we sign against.
If you want something added mid-project, we price it as a change order and you decide. We never quietly absorb scope and then hand you a surprise invoice.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do. On final payment, all rights in the deliverables built specifically for you transfer to your company in full. It is written into our Terms of Service, not just promised on a call.
We keep ownership only of our own pre-existing tools and libraries, and you receive a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your product.
What happens after launch — am I locked in?
No. Everything lives in your repositories and your cloud accounts from day one, and handover includes written documentation aimed at a developer who has never met us.
Every package includes post-launch support. A maintenance retainer is available if you want us to stay on, but it is entirely optional and cancellable with 30 days' notice.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Frequently. A large share of our clients have no engineer on staff. We write scope documents in plain language, explain trade-offs without jargon, and make the decisions that need your input obvious.
You will never be asked to choose a database. You will be asked what matters more: shipping in six weeks or supporting offline mode.
How do payments and refunds work?
Projects are billed in milestones — typically a deposit to reserve the team, then payments tied to agreed deliverables. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Our Refund Policy sets out exactly when a refund applies, including a full refund of unstarted work if you cancel before the build phase begins.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes, and we do it often. We begin with a technical audit so we can tell you honestly what is salvageable and what is going to cost more to patch than to rebuild.
